False Eyelashes: False eyelashes may be added to any makeup application service for a fee of $25.00. Lashes will be supplied by the artist and take approximately 8 to 10 minutes to apply correctly. If the client wishes to supply the lashes of her choice, that client will be charged $15.00 to have the lashes applied instead of the regular fee of $25.00.

Service Minimum: There is a 3 person minimum for both on location makeup artistry and hair design. For on-location makeup artistry, if the number of persons is less than 3, a base fee of $325.00 will be charged as the total due for services. For on-location hair design, if the number of persons is less than 3, a base fee of $250.00 will be charged as the total due for services. Children age 12 & under not included in minimums, but are always welcome for services.

Travel Fees: Makeup Artistry by Christy & Co. charges a per mile travel fee for on-location services to and from zip code 01566 based on the IRS Standard Mileage Rate in effect at the time of the contracted event date. If this rate changes between the date of contract and the event date, it is understood by both parties that the rate will be adjusted accordingly. The current IRS Standard Mileage Rate for 2012 is $.555 per mile.

Parking Tolls & Fees: Where parking, valet or other fees may be incurred because of parking limitations, the client will be held responsible for this payment, to be paid on event date.

Early Morning Fee: For any service requiring an arrival time prior to 8:30am, an additional early morning fee will apply as follows: Arrival between 7:00am and prior to 8:30am will incur a $50 early morning fee. Arrival prior to 7:00am will incur a $100 early morning fee.

Touch-up/Makeup Artist Stay on Location Services: There is an additional $50 per hour charge for the makeup artist or hair designer to stay on location for touch-ups and/or makeup changes.

Liabilities: Christy Lavallee and any representative of Makeup Artistry by Christy uses the best products possible and will not be held liable in the event of skin irritations, breakouts or allergic reactions. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and

will be cleaned before each client's makeup application. Any skin conditions, such as allergies or other skin problems, must be reported to the makeup artist prior to makeup application. All clients must agree to release Makeup Artistry by Christy, Christy Lavallee and her representatives from liability for any skin complications due to any reactions.

Booking Times: Your time booked with Makeup Artistry by Christy & Co. will be reserved for a certain amount of time. Any and all persons booked for appointments need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order to uphold the contract. All clients must be present for appointments before the end time of services to have their makeup/hair done. If they run behind in time and cannot make the service, they will still be held liable for payment.

Add-ons: Additional people added on to the contract/service at the last moment are always welcome. Makeup Artistry by Christy & Co. can service any clients outside the contract if there is time to accommodate them. These "add-ons" will be bound by the same requirements as those listed on the contract for services. Makeup Artistry by Christy, Christy Lavallee and her representatives shall be released of any liability as stated above by the "add-on" clients.

Contracts & Deposits: A signed contract & deposit is required to secure your wedding date. A wedding date will not be held for anyone without a signed contract and deposit for services. A deposit of 25% of the total balance is needed, and can be made payable in the form of cash or personal check. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit will be deducted from the total due.

Cancellations: If the client must cancel the booked event or any services on a contract, the deposit will NOT be refunded or transferred to another bridal party/service. Services may be canceled no later than 14 days before the scheduled service date, in which case the remaining contract balance is due and payable immediately.

Payments: Payment is due on the final balance no later than 2 weeks prior to the date of service. There will be a $30.00 fee on any bounced checks.
